Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be unexpected delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems any other problems which are outside of your control. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: Customers can contact at support@pnarra.com if looking for flat rate shipping.

Free shipping: PNARRA reserved rights to offer free shipping to its customers on certain orders and conditions. Heavy items like Kitbags, Stumps will be excluded from Free Shipping offer.

Shipping Carriers: PNARRA reserved rights to choose shipping carrier based on multiple factors such as available carrier options, prices, and delivery times.

 

Local delivery and pick-up

Free local delivery and pick up is available for certain orders on certain conditions. Customers will be notified accordingly when local delivery is available and available timings for local pickup. You may contact support@pnarra.com for further information.

 

International Shipping

PNARRA currently does offer international shipping. Contact support@pnarra.com  or visit www.pnarra.com for further information.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, customers should look up their policy and or PNARRA reserves the right to provide appropriate information to its customers based on shipping carrier information and policies.
