Return & Refund Policy

At PNARRA, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return, subject to the conditions and exceptions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved:

  • You (the buyer) are responsible for secure packaging and return shipping costs

  • We will provide return instructions and the return address

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted


Shipping Cost & Promotions Policy

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Products purchased together to qualify for Free Shipping or promotional offers will not receive shipping refunds

  • Both outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns


International Shipping Returns

For international orders:

  • All return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original international shipping charges are non-refundable

  • PNARRA is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages during international return transit

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected


Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Contact us at support@pnarra.com as soon as possible with photos and order details so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Cricket bats

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Special orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, you may choose:

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • Store credit for a future purchase

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
